ORCA Microfluidics™

Micronics' ORCA Microfluidics™ platform involves an integrated circuit that can combine various microfluidic elements, such as H-Filter® and T-Sensor® platforms, mixers, reactors, valves, etc., in a disposable card-like format for point-of-analysis of complex fluids, including whole blood. The self-contained ORCA lab card platform integrates sample preparation with point-of-care analysis, ease of use and waste containment.

Micronics' platform technologies allow it to creatively respond to market opportunities and client or partner needs. A few of the many lab card applications that Micronics has developed for others include chips for drug discovery, protein crystallization, hematology, and particle cytometry.
