Steve brings over twenty years of experience in the areas of technology, finance, consumer marketing and entrepreneurship. He is a co-founder of Ardesta where he spearheads Corporate & Business Development. Prior to Ardesta, Steve served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and New Ventures for Launch Media (now Yahoo! Music), and as Vice President of Global Business Development for Gateway, Inc. Steve joined Gateway after spending ten years in PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Financial Advisory Services practice in Chicago, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and restructurings. Steve earned a BA in Business and Accounting in 1985 from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois and is a CPA.  He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Sensicast and XCOM Wireless, Inc., is active with the Chicago Micro and Nanotechnology Community (“CMNC”) and has been invited to serve on the Motorola Research Visionary Board.
